CSS Tech Warranty & Cancellation Policy

Warranty on Labor and Parts

CSS Tech stands behind the quality of our services and the products we provide. All
installations and equipment purchased through CSS Tech are covered by the following
warranty:

• 1-Year Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on both labor and parts. This warranty
  covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
• Warranty Service: All warranty-related service calls will be performed during our normal
  business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any service requests outside
  of these hours may incur additional charges.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by user negligence, misuse,
  physical damage, or acts of nature such as fire, flood, or lightning strikes. Warranty claims
  for equipment not installed by CSS Tech are also excluded.

Job Deposits & Payment Terms

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All job or installation deposits are non-refundable. Once a
  deposit is made and work has commenced, the customer agrees to these terms of the and
  the scheduled installation.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellation of Orders: If a customer wishes to cancel an equipment order, a 20%
  restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from any refunded amounts. Orders
  must be canceled in writing within 7 business days of placing the order to avoid additional
  penalties.
